Official Rules

The Premia Relocation Mortgage March Madness Bracket Challenge (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered for entertainment purposes only and is not conditioned on any purchase, loan application, or financial transaction with Premia Relocation Mortgage.

Sweepstakes Categories

This promotion consists of two separate sweepstakes drawings: one for Corporate Mobility Professionals (employees of companies with internal mobility or relocation programs) and one for Mobility Service Providers (employees of companies that provide relocation or mobility-related services).

Eligible participants will be entered into the drawing corresponding to their professional category. Entries submitted in the incorrect category—including Corporate Mobility Professionals entering the Mobility Service Provider sweepstakes or Mobility Service Providers entering the Corporate Mobility Professional sweepstakes—may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify a participant’s professional affiliation and assign entries to the appropriate category.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are corporate mobility, HR, or relocation professionals employed by organizations that are current or prospective corporate clients of Premia Relocation Mortgage and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Premia Mortgage, LLC (“Premia Relocation Mortgage” or the “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants will receive a link to join the Premia Relocation Mortgage March Madness Bracket Challenge.

To enter, participants must:

• Create a username and password
• Complete the registration form
• Submit a completed NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament bracket prediction

An entry consists of one completed bracket containing predictions for all sixty-three (63) games in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

Limit: One (1) entry per person.

Entries must be submitted prior to the start of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

5. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins when the bracket entry period opens and ends upon completion of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship Game.

The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

6. Contest Scoring

Participants will earn points for correctly predicting tournament outcomes.

Points will be awarded as follows:

• First Round — 1 point
• Second Round — 2 points
• Sweet 16 — 4 points
• Elite 8 — 8 points
• Final Four — 16 points
• Championship — 32 points

The participant with the highest total points at the conclusion of the tournament will be declared the winner within their respective Sweepstakes category.

7. Tie Breaker

Participants will be asked to predict the combined total points scored in the Championship game.

In the event of a tie, the participant whose prediction is closest to the actual total points scored will be declared the winner.

8. Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the participants with the highest bracket scores as follows:

• 1st Place: $250 charitable donation
• 2nd Place: $150 charitable donation
• 3rd Place: $100 charitable donation

In lieu of receiving a personal prize, winners will have a donation made in their name to the charitable organization of their choice in the corresponding prize amount.

The selected charity must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States or a recognized equivalent charitable organization. If the winner does not designate a qualifying charity, the donation will be made to One Tree Planted.

Donations will be made directly by Premia Relocation Mortgage. No cash equivalent will be provided to winners.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the tournament.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable period of time, or is deemed ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the winner’s permission for Premia Relocation Mortgage to use the winner’s name, company, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

11. Privacy

By participating, entrants agree to the collection and use of their information in accordance with the Premia Relocation Mortgage Privacy Policy, available at:

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

13. Applicable Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Void Where Prohibited

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

15. NCAA Disclaimer

The NCAA is not affiliated with, sponsoring, endorsing, or administering this Sweepstakes.

16. Social Media Disclaimer

If the Sweepstakes is promoted or conducted through any social media platform, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter), entrants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with such platforms. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless any applicable social media platform from any liability related to this Sweepstakes.
