Community Engagement & Volunteerism
Creating change requires action. Neighbors act when they see others who are suffering, an injustice or an opportunity to do what is right. Each team member is provided 8 hours of volunteer time annually which is spent in their churches, blood drive centers, animal rescue centers, children centers and donation centers.

Sustainability
Neighborhoods, as well as neighbors need attention and stewardship. Our team is focused on waste reduction, improving the energy efficiency in our offices and water conservation. Approximately 95% of our customers electronically sign their upfront disclosures. Initial disclosures can be up to 60 pages each; not printing this document saves over 200,000 pieces of paper annually or 20 trees. As the industry moves towards eClosing and hybrid closings, the amount of paper saved will increase dramatically. Premia Relocation Mortgage is already executing hybrid closings where allowed. When reducing our paper use is not an option, we strive to divert waste from landfills through recycling. Within our offices we also have recycling receptacles for cardboard boxes, plastic and glass bottles and containers, aluminum and other recyclable waste.
