Arnaiz Promoted to President
November 4, 2019 (Detroit, MI) - Premia Relocation Mortgage, a leading relocation leader since 1987 has named Nina Arnaiz as its President after Tom James moves to Stearns Lending.
Arnaiz is a 17-year Premia Relocation Mortgage veteran who is the former Vice President of Sales and began at the company financing the homes of relocating employees. She will run all aspects of the organization which includes business development, client management, loan fulfillment, communications and marketing.

Finally, James has accepted the position of Senior Vice President of Joint Ventures at Stearns Lending. Premia Relocation Mortgage has an affiliate relationship with Stearns Lending and in James’s new position he will sit on Premia Relocation Mortgage’s Operating Committee.
